Robin became interested in midwifery after the birth of her first baby. After that wonderful, natural birth in the hospital she began a search for ways to enhance the experience and, over time, was drawn to natural health practices. After raising her seven children, when her own daughters were having babies and requesting her presence and help with their births, she was blessed to begin apprenticing with Chris Miller. This 8-year opportunity provided the education, experience and associations Robin has cherished. She graduated from Midwives College of Utah in 2015, received her CPM and became a licensed midwife in Utah in 2016. She is grateful to have discovered her life’s passion and to be able to pursue it. She is very happy and excited to be part of the Arrivals team!
Robin feels that pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding are natural, normal functions of a woman’s mind, body, emotions and spirit. She loves assisting women throughout pregnancy and birth, nurturing each woman’s sense of personal strength and self-confidence and helping mothers realize birth as an empowering and enlarging experience.
Robin and her husband, Jim, enjoy living in Cache Valley, Utah. They try to spend as much time as possible with their 7 children and 14 grandchildren.
